The company will make every effort to deliver on the agreed date, but if for any reason the company is unable to deliver then there will be no liability whether in damages or otherwise for delay in product.
Delivery by the company shall be strictly offloaded on the kerb of the road. The customer, or somebody appointed by the customer, should be at the delivery point to accept the delivery.
If different products are delivered on the same load the customer understands that the product will mix whilst tipping as the truck can only tip once. Any damages to the vehicle due to the customer instructing the driver to do otherwise will be entirely for the customer’s account.
